T&C's Non-Refundable Vouchers and Packages
Non-Refundable Policy
All vouchers and prepaid packages purchased from Chapel Cosmetics are strictly non-refundable.
Once a voucher or package is purchased, it cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Transferability
Vouchers and packages are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed upon by Chapel Cosmetics in writing.

Consumer Guarantees
This policy is subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Chapel Cosmetics is committed to providing services with due care and skill, fit for the purpose stated, and within a reasonable timeframe as required by ACL.

In the event that a service provided does not meet these standards, Chapel Cosmetics will remedy the situation in accordance with ACL requirements, which may include rescheduling or re-performing the service.

Expiry Dates
Vouchers and packages must be used within their stated validity period. Expired vouchers and packages will not be extended or refunded.

Cancellation Policy
If an appointment booked using a voucher or package is canceled with insufficient notice, Chapel Cosmetics reserves the right to apply cancellation fees or void the voucher/package credit for that booking.

Exclusions
This non-refundable policy does not apply to situations where refunds or remedies are mandated by Australian Consumer Law, such as instances of major failure or unacceptable quality of goods or services.
